Please note that all our products are being fulfilled via Amazon's fulfilment services. We send all the inventory to them, and they pick, pack and ship to customers. Any issue that involves fulfilment including item hasn't arrived, item arrived damaged, item arrived open, wrong item received etc. should be resolved by Amazon.
